Delivery Policy
With most in stock
items, - delivery is £5.00. Prior to submitting your order we
will display both stock and delivery availability on your
Delivery Options page. Please allow minimum 5 working days for
delivery on orders which have been placed before Midday
1.00 pm excluding bank holidays
Goods with special requirements such as embroidery, printing and
personalisation ordered before 1.00pm, please allow minimum 5-7
workings days depending upon the order volume.
Please note Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the
day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or
accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale.
This also applies to products sent direct from our
manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket
expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed
deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. If we
cannot supply goods in our specified time-scale we will continue
to deliver and inform you of any delay.
